1. Introduction

Welcome to 88betpkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and 88betpkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 88betpkr website located at https://88betpkr.bet and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, jackpot slots, Ludo games, and the VIP Club loyalty programme.

By completing account registration, clicking "I Agree", or by placing any bet or making any deposit on the 88betpkr platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you accept and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the 88betpkr platform.

These Terms apply alongside and are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 88betpkr.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 88betpkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 88betpkr takes underage gambling seriously and operates a zero-tolerance policy. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one 88betpkr account. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials including your password. 88betpkr staff will never ask for your password. Any bets placed through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remain your responsibility unless you have notified 88betpkr of a security breach before those bets were placed.

4. Deposits

All deposits to 88betpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although very large single deposits may be subject to additional verification under our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. 88betpkr charges no fees on deposits — any fees imposed by your payment provider are separate and not under our control.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 88betpkr wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. • You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.

• 88betpkr reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the member's own name.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., sending more than intended) may not be reversible once accepted into your 88betpkr wallet. Contact support immediately if you suspect an error.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing time at 88betpkr is within 2 hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash. VIP members at Platinum tier and above benefit from priority processing, with most transactions completed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier:

• Bronze: Rs 200,000 per day
• Silver: Rs 500,000 per day
• Gold: Rs 1,000,000 per day
• Platinum: Rs 5,000,000 per day
• Diamond: Rs 50,000,000 per day

Before any withdrawal is processed, 88betpkr may require identity verification (KYC). This typically involves confirming your name against a valid CNIC (National Identity Card). We aim to complete KYC checks promptly so they do not cause unnecessary delays. You only need to complete KYC once per account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

88betpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus rules which apply unless otherwise stated.

• Wagering Requirement: All deposit match bonuses and free bet credits carry a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10×, 20×, 30×) is stated on each offer page. VIP tier monthly cash rewards are exempt from wagering requirements.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must be met through eligible game categories as specified per offer. Unless stated otherwise, all 88betpkr games count toward wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire within the timeframe specified on the offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in an offer's terms.
• Abuse: 88betpkr reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonuses in a manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), or coordinating play with other accounts.

All promotional offers are available to Pakistani residents with verified 88betpkr accounts only. 88betpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 88betpkr are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules supplement these general terms and are available on the relevant game or betting market page.

• A bet is confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the 88betpkr system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled after acceptance except at 88betpkr's discretion under the circumstances described below.
• Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is placed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of subsequent changes.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete under conditions that make the result indeterminable, stakes will be refunded to your 88betpkr wallet unless sport-specific rules state otherwise.
• In the event of a clear pricing error (known as a "palpable error"), 88betpkr reserves the right to void affected bets. We will notify affected members and return their stakes promptly in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are visible on each betting market page. Bets above these limits may be partially accepted or declined.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your 88betpkr wallet immediately upon official result confirmation.

8. Game Rules (Slots, Live Casino, Ludo)

All casino and game outcomes at 88betpkr are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by third-party gaming audit bodies. RNG certification ensures that every outcome is completely random and independent of all previous results. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

Live dealer games — including Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and Teen Patti variants — use real physical card decks dealt by professional dealers on camera. No computer-generated result is substituted for a real deal in these games. Every live session is recorded.

For Ludo Games, the outcome of each dice roll is determined by the same certified RNG framework. Results are final once the round has concluded. Any technical fault that interrupts a live game session will be handled as follows: if the fault prevents the round from completing, stakes will be returned; if the round completed before the fault, the completed result stands.

9. VIP Club

The 88betpkr VIP Club is a loyalty programme that awards points for real-money wagering. Participation is automatic from first registration — no separate enrolment is required. VIP tier progression is based on cumulative real-money wager totals and is permanent (tiers cannot decrease once earned).

• VIP points are earned on real-money wagers only. Bets placed using bonus credit do not contribute to VIP point accumulation.
• Points may be redeemed for PKR credit to your betting wallet at any time, subject to minimum redemption thresholds displayed in your VIP dashboard.
• Monthly cash rewards for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier members are credited without wagering requirements and are payable as real PKR funds.
• VIP points expire if your account records no real-money betting activity within any consecutive 90-day period. Tier status is unaffected by point expiry.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88betpkr and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or using multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors for profit without reporting them to 88betpkr.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games.
• Placing bets with inside knowledge or in circumstances where you can influence the outcome.
• Attempting to charge back legitimate deposits after using deposited funds to bet.

If 88betpkr reasonably suspects that any prohibited activity has occurred or is ongoing, the platform may suspend the relevant account immediately pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that a violation has occurred, 88betpkr reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any balance.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

88betpkr may suspend or close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the member's own request for any reason.
• Self-exclusion requested under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason (including self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any real-money balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus balances subject to wagering requirements.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 88betpkr support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

88betpkr shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from your failure to read and comply with these Terms.
• Technical failures or interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
• Losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform, where that information was subject to a clear technical error.

Nothing in these Terms limits 88betpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation — both of which remain unlimited under applicable law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

88betpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members via the contact details registered to their account and update the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page and on the hero banner above.

Continued use of the 88betpkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with an amendment, you may close your account before the effective date by contacting support — any real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.

Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.
